At Diji Lyph, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all tags and packaging.

Once your return is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is defective or incorrect.

In case of damaged or wrong items, please contact our support team immediately with photos of the product so we can resolve the issue quickly. We aim to make every return simple, transparent, and stress-free.
